Refund Policy
Payment Confirms Reservation
A booking is confirmed only after Qwako Stays confirms availability and receives M-Pesa payment. Until then, the unit may remain available to other guests.
Cancellation Requests
Refunds or date changes must be requested early enough for Qwako Stays to manage availability and rebooking. Same-day cancellations or last-minute changes may not qualify for a refund.
Date Changes
Date changes depend on unit availability, cleaning schedules, and prior arrangements. The Qwako team will confirm options through WhatsApp.
